You know, I was going to say 'depends if you're contacting me because you want to or because you got stuck monitoring my life signs for a month', but I guess that answers that question.

I don't have any terms. I don't need or want a minder. You're going to do what you want to and I can't stop you.

Those are terms on their own. Sure, they aren't the most formal but not everything needs formality.
